In Social Studies 3rd grade has been learning about the Economy. Subjects like, why do prices change, free markets, supply and demand, how to earn money and save for what you need. They played a game where there were buyers and sellers. Sellers will be competing with other sellers. Buyers will be competing with other buyers. With a partner they had $4 to buy as many apples as possible or sellers to sell as many apples as possible. We switched rolls a few times and they had fun learning about economy.
