Berthold Public School

The 5th grade social studies class learned about the "Age of Exploration" this past week along with the motivations for European exploration. The students role played what it would be like to be an undersea diver collecting artifacts from ancient sunken ships. Everyone learned that navigating the seas 500 to 600 years ago would be quick a challenge and a real change from the GPS and digital maps that we are used to today!
